¡MY WORKOUT ROUTINE!
Having a healthy life is part of everyone. It is important to have good health to be able to do our activities full of energy. Eating healthy and exercising is part of my life, here I show you some exercises that I do every day,
MONDAY- THURSDAY
From Monday to Thursday I do exercises for my arms, I do squats, I use materials such as weights, or I also use a backpack full of bricks.

WEEKENDS
On weekends I do exercise routines for my abdomen and back, it is also important to have a rest day, so that the body takes shape.
